    What to expect after loss (a general process flow):

     
    • Inspection and assessment
    • Your trained professional will have you sign a work authorization.
    • Your trained professional will fill out job scope on their iPad.
    • Depending on the type of loss, the demo may begin. Your trained professional will let you know the plan of action for the following days.
    • Please use caution in areas where equipment has been placed. We do our very best to keep everything out of your way.
     

    What to expect when ready for rebuild (a general process flow):

     
    • An estimate will be sent to your insurance company.
    • Your insurance carrier will contact you with approval. Don’t be discouraged-this usually takes a few days!
    • Your trained professional will bring you flooring samples to select, or you can come to our showroom.
    • Once you have been contacted with approval, you will sign a work authorization for the rebuild. Depending on your insurance carrier, we may collect your deductible.
    • Rebuild begins
